Terri O’Fallon[/caption]This session was broadcast live from the 2010 Integral Theory Conference in San Francisco, California, with several members of the Global Transforming Ensemble, a collaboration of practitioners focused on development of a new global “commons” for leadership. Guests include Alain Gauthier, Joan Kenley, and Terri O’Fallon—co-presenters at the conference along with ZOOM’D host John Schmidt. While the conference as a whole emphasizes wider and deeper attention to realities of the world, this show begins an introductory exploration into the realm of leadership called for in the new world emerging, broadly described as presence-centered evolutionary leadership (PCEL). The group reflects on the key dimensions of PCEL and points to first stages of the Ensemble’s research, which is, for the first time, making a direct connection between the depth of presence in leadership and the vibrancy realized in communities across the world.
